Characteristics of Being Frenglish

In the UK, “Frenglish” is recognised as mangled English and French, maybe for lack of knowledge of either language…or simply for humorous effect.
It could also mean speaking French in such a manner that renders it incomprehensible to a French-speaker; and not having a good grasp of the English language.
